Kimberly Alderman Penix is a third generation attorney and a distinguished graduate of Howard University School of Law. She first served as a judicial clerk in the Superior Court of the US Virgin Islands, then went on to work as an associate attorney in a prestigious general practice law firm, where she passionately represented clients in both state and federal court. Building on this foundation, she transitioned to academia, contributing to the University of Wisconsin Law School’s clinical faculty, where she imparted her extensive knowledge in criminal appellate litigation and civil practice skills to aspiring legal minds.

A sought-after legal authority, Attorney Alderman Penix has made significant contributions to legal literature with publications in academic journals and popular media.
